Breaks that sound pulled off a forgotten 45, played and recorded last year in Brooklyn.

Every break here was tracked through vintage microphones, the way the old records caught a kit. some sit close and dry, some pull back room and weight. played from scratch, not pulled from records. fully original, nothing to clear.

The result is raw and a little dusty. real swing instead of a grid, and enough range to score a quiet verse or carry a heavy one.
