Sauce Lab Audio was born from the creative vision of producer and multi‑instrumentalist Dotan ‘Tane’ Bergman, driven by a passion for crafting soulful samples that feel like they were lifted straight off vintage records. Inspired by the raw, dusty drum breaks of the 60’s and 70’s, the loose, human grooves of the Soulquarians era, and the rich textures of soul, jazz, and library music, Tane’s process centers on live performance, analog gear, and meticulous detail. Authenticity, imperfections, and character are at the core of the Sauce Lab Audio sound—you won’t find anything quantized or sterile here.
